The one on my motherboard was burned so I couldnt see the ic number. But I was able to find a picture of that portion of motherboard online after browsing for an hour to identify the pq transistor as AON7934.

I am new to the forums. Yesterday when I was working on the laptop it froze and turned off unexpectedly. Didnt turn off after that I opened to inspect just to find that part burned.

Could anyone help me identify that part number.
