Laptop repairing Discussion, How To Repair Laptop Motherboard

Hi
I am new to the forums. Yesterday when I was working on the laptop it froze and turned off unexpectedly. Didnt turn off after that I opened to inspect just to find that part burned.

Could anyone help me identify that part number.

Any help will be greatly appreciated

The one on my motherboard was burned so I couldnt see the ic number. But I was able to find a picture of that portion of motherboard online after browsing for an hour to identify the pq transistor as AON7934.

He ask for motherboard part number not for PQ . Schematic diagram is the easiest way to find components part number. Anyway as you said you had found PQ AON7934.It is a N-Channel MOSFET. You can find yours by your own; click on this link https://www.laboneinside.com/how-to-kno ... el-mosfet/
