Microsoft Surface Pro 3 out of order

I was using Microsoft surface pro 3. One day I put it to charge and it never worked again. I have tried hard resetting it but it was fruitless. Is it possible do restore the data from an out-of-order gadget?

i think problem is in your battery, battery need to be replaced and if you want to recover your data you need to open your surface pro 3 then take out Msata and use this converter to recover your data https://www.laboneinside.com/msata-exte ... disk-case/
