40" Sanyo Roku loses settings after its turned off

I have a 3 year old 40 Sanyo Roku Smart tv. It has suddenly started losing all settings after turning it off. Acts like a factory reset. I have to re-enter all info including wi-fi . Is this a fixable problem or is it toast. Thank you for any info on this .
