Need BD_TP.MS358.PB802 FIRMWARE or Remote Configuration Files

i upgraded firmware of my wisdom share smart led tv board name bd_tp.ms358.pb802 but remote not working after upgrade. kindly tell me how to solve remote problem.

Reset the TV: First, try resetting the TV to its default settings.
Re-pair the remote: Try re-pairing the remote with the TV. To do this, press and hold the "Set" button on the remote until the LED light on the remote flashes. Then, press the "Power" button on the remote and wait for the LED light to stop flashing./
