HP elitebook 8560p wasn't displaying

Please help me, this HP elitebook 8560p laptop stopped working after diagnosing the screen because it wasn't displaying, but powers on and shows booting light. And I discovered that there is an overheating ic on the motherboard. I replaced the ic but the problem still persist. Pls any suggestion is appreciated.
