My wife did her Phd and as part of the course the above laptop was supplied (she paid for it) The university have refused to provide the Administrator Bios password.

any help appreciated, I have done the normal of removing the Bios batter main battery and power but to no effect, I also downloaded the HPBR utility, but it will not work as it is a 64 bit system.

Can any assist nin getting this old man 75 out of the proverbial, asa her in doors keeps on at me.
