Dell - LAE311P flashing help

Hello,
There are bios bin files available for Dell - LAE311P, Dell Precision 7510 and 7520 use LAE311P motherboard, please include information on how to flash bin file to BOIS.
If these bin files are can flashed using Dell F12 Bios flashing method, or need hardware flash programmer such as CH341a, if using hardware flasher which bios chip to flash, as there are two IC .
