HP Laptop not Battery charge

Hi Frinds
Today i´m reparing one Laptop HP15-J172np with MB 15SBGV2D-6050A2548101-MB-A02.
The problem is that de battery not charge. I test with new battery and new adaptor but the problem still the same.
Any opnion to you help me?
