Dell E5440 turns on but the screen is black

hello, I have this Dell that turns on but the screen remains black, the card is a VAW30 LA-9832P Rev: 1.0, I tried to warm the cpu-gpu but it doesn't change anything, could it be one of the two bios or some missing voltage? where do I find the power sequence?
