laptop power problem

hello ,thanks to the owner for make better solution place and my problem is i got HP ellitebook 2540p that not turn on when press power button blink orange then lightblue orange lightblue then no power only charger light come up to show its charging but not power on. sorry for my broken English much appriciated to the help.

hi today i have similar problem,
and the problem was power button, doesnt work but click-ing hearing well.
try to replace it

The issue could be BIOS related
