 Tip For You: Remember one thing all Chromebooks have Store Enterprise Enrollment Information on bios and emmc both. If you have 2 Chromebooks with 2 different enterprise enrollement in same chromebook model then you have to swap the bios Eeprom. Your chromebook will unlock. Or even if you swap only Emmc still it will unlock your chromebook. Because bios and emmc have the same information. If you change one of them you will get your chromebook unlock.

Can I buy a new, empty emmc and restore ChromeOS in it,or the emmc must be from the same model chromebook?

Yes same model with different enterprise enrollment

I solved the problem. I found a good bios bin (unenrollment). Here it is attached.

What Is Bios?
The BIOS is low-level software that is responsible for initializing the computer's hardware and providing basic instructions for the operating system to load.
The acronym BIOS means Basic Input and Output System. It is responsible for carrying out essential tasks, such as recognizing installed hardware, checking the time on the internal clock and initializing the operating system.
Without the BIOS, the computer would not be able to boot properly as it is the first software to run when the computer is turned on.

Programming A New BIOS:
It is to be noted that when you search for your particular Bios; Search the Bios with respect to the mother part number. Many people install the Bios by following up the laptop or motherboard model number, which is not the right way. By doing this, you will not find the right Bios for your laptop and it will also not work.
Program the EEPROM Ic through a programmer with a particular bios bin file. If your laptop is password protected, you can unlock the password by programming the EEPROM chip with new bios dump file. The basic advantage of installing the laptop bios bin file is that you can repair your dead laptop.
