lenovo t440 bios

hi, to everyone, and good day!! need help wit a lenovo t440 laptop bios file, i was download from another site bios supposed unlock, but i reflash the bios and still locked, the version of mainboard
is VIVLO NM-A102 Rev.1.0 i have the dump of my bios and that i download and if someone can unlock the bin files, go ahead and i upload thes files, what i need is 16mb size of file,
any help is very apreciated, and thanks a lot in advance
